Bryan Miller co-founded National Appraisal Partners, LLP in 2002, building the firm into one of the leading independent commercial real estate appraisal practices across Texas and Wisconsin. As a trusted MAI-designated appraiser and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Bryan brings unmatched insight and passion to complex valuation and consulting assignments.

Bryan began his appraisal career in 1995 and quickly advanced through the ranks at Arthur Andersen’s Houston Real Estate Valuation Group, becoming a manager in 1999. He has since directed thousands of assignments across every major commercial property type—office, retail, industrial, multifamily, healthcare, hospitality, land, and special-use assets.

Clients turn to Bryan for valuations that support lending, tax strategy, estate planning, litigation, acquisition and disposition, purchase price allocation, and market feasibility. His strength lies in understanding the full business impact of real estate decisions and delivering clear, defensible appraisals with integrity and timeliness.

He is a former President of the Houston Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and has been an active contributor on local and national committees. Bryan is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the State of Texas, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.
