The candidate should have strong writing, analytical, computer and organization skills. An analyst must be able to research and analyze data and present the conclusions in writing in an organized, succinct manner.

We offer appraisal services with offices in Houston, Dallas/Fort Worth, Austin, Waco/Temple/Killeen, San Antonio, and Tampa Bay FL. Our experienced and credentialed professionals provide independent valuation and consultation services in a timely manner.
Bryan S. Miller - MAI, CCIM
Bryan S. Miller, MAI, CCIM, is President and co-founder of National Appraisal Partners, established in Houston in 2002. A State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Texas with more than 30 years of commercial valuation experience, he is a former Houston Chapter President of the Appraisal Institute and Texas REDnews’ 2026 Real Estate Appraiser of the Year.
Thomas A. Stark - MAI
Mr. Stark began his career in real estate in 1988. He has worked closely with financial institutions, accounting firms, attorneys, corporations, developers, government entities, private investors and REITs.
Nathan D. Riley - MAI
Nathan Riley is a Senior Manager at National Appraisal Partners, specializing in commercial real estate valuation and consulting. He brings over 25 years of industry experience, having worked with esteemed organizations like Arthur Andersen and Cushman & Wakefield Valuation and Advisory.
Ali M. Moses - MAI
