Thomas A. Stark, MAI, is a Co-Founder and Partner at National Appraisal Partners, LLP. He leads the firm’s commercial real estate valuation and consulting practice, providing professional services to financial institutions, corporations, attorneys, developers, and investors across Texas and beyond.

Mr. Stark has been active in the real estate appraisal industry since 1988. He began his career with Arthur Andersen’s Real Estate Valuation & Consulting Group, where he advanced to Senior Manager and led valuation engagements throughout the Southwest. In 2002, he co-founded National Appraisal Partners, LLP, establishing the firm’s reputation for technical precision and responsive client service.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Stark has completed assignments involving a wide range of property types, including office buildings, retail centers, industrial properties, multifamily developments, hotels, and special-use facilities. He is recognized for his strategic insight and practical experience in complex valuation and litigation support projects.
